Email us at propertymanagement@kimppropertyinvestors.com so we can send you an email invitation from our system. The invite will include a link that will allow you to create your online account and access everything related to your lease. From then, you'll log in using your email address and the password you set.

Unless your lease says differently, rent is due on the first of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment before or by the first of the month to make sure it arrives on time.

Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.

To submit a maintenance request, sign into your tenant portal, go to the "Maintenance" tab, fill out the required information, and submit. Our maintenance team will promptly address your request.
